Simple Holiday Candy Cane Pound Cake

1 package cake mix: white or chocolate

1 package 8oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

2 t peppermint extract


1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Mix all ingredients above, making sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. Mix well.

3. Pour in prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

This is an easy cake to make and modifiy to your own tastes! Great for the busy holiday season!
