Ideal Shape Shake is a hunger blocking weight loss shake. The Ideal Shape Shake website claims that Ideal Shape Shake is not like other weight loss shakes on the market because it has an appetite suppressor in the formula.

Ideal Shape Shakes have more than 50 percent of your recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals. Each shake contains 2 grams of sugar, and there are seven different flavors that you can pick from on the website. These flavors include vanilla, orange cream, chocolate, strawberry, chocolate cream pie, cookies & cream, and mocha. This review of Ideal Shape Shake will cover the ingredients and if the shake is safe to use.

Ingredients of Ideal Shape Shake and Their Side Effects

Ideal Shape Shake has a lot of ingredients, and some of them are very worrying as they could cause health problems. Cellulose Gum is used in many products and is used cheap filler in food products. There is a possible link between cellulose gum and obesity and chronic inflammatory diseases.

Potato Protein Extract is the hunger blocking ingredient. This ingredient was created to reduce a person’s appetite. However, it has been found that there is no cause and effect link between adding Potato Protein and weight loss. This was found by the European Food Safety Authority.

There is also sucralose and acesulfame potassium, which are both artificial sweeteners. Both are much sweeter than sucrose. At the moment, there is a lot of long-term research that is taking place on these ingredients. Some of the early results show that these ingredients can lead to metabolism disorders and chemical changes in the brain.

The use of both sucralose and acesulfame potassium seems to be the cause of many consumers complaining that Ideal Shape Shake is too sweet. These sweeteners range from 100 to 300 times sweeter than sucrose.

Ideal Shape Shake’s Quality and Price

Ideal Shape Shake comes in a 30 serving container, which is $49.99 from the manufacturer. This breaks down to $3.33 per day, as it is recommended to have two shakes a day.

There are many artificial ingredients and binders in Ideal Shape Shake, and these ingredients lower the quality of the shake. It is hard to say that the Ideal Shape Shake is safe to use. While the ingredients are found to be safe to use by the FDA, most of them have side effects that counter weight loss.

Most of these ingredients also have wholesome alternatives that could have been used instead. At the moment, there is no research about the long-term effects of these ingredients, but most early results show damaging effects on the body. So, Ideal Shape Shake is not a great option for a weight loss shake.
