Pasta is a very complete and versatile food , and today we will accompany our macarranos with an easy sauce to make, and very benefeciosa for your health.
1 - Parsley
2 - 1 clove garlic
3 - 3 nuts
4 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 - A dash of water ( you can also replace it with a little milk or cream ) . But very little
Ingredients are highly recommended for your health, and also they are going to give your cake a different flavor and a different presentation also with a totally vegetable color, green.
As we have discussed above, is very good for health, but we want to explain a little more each ingredients.
1 - Wash and chop parsley
2 - Peel and chop garlic
3 - Peel the nuts
4 - In a bowl, add the parsley, garlic, walnuts, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and we beat.
5 - A measure that we are beating, add water, milk or cream until a homogeneous sauce.
6 - Add the pasta and stir into the pan continuously to simmer.
