How to Prepare the Tart Recipe Light with Jam Without Sugar?

  • 300g whole meal flour
  • 1 egg

  • 200 ml of corn oil
  • 80 g of raw cane sugar

  • Pastry board
  • Cake tin from 18 cm diameter

Use a large bowl and place the whole meal flour, corn oil, and brown sugar. Then you will need to mix all ingredients. After mixing them, add a pinch of salt and egg. Use your hands to mix them till you get smooth dough that is free from lumps. When the pastry is ready, you will want to make the dough in the shape of a ball and wrap it in a plastic wrap.
