.

So I wouldn't have believed this if I didn't see it for myself.

This is my precious little girl Matilda having a meltdown on Halloween.  As you can see she has the potential to get upset LOL.  Well don't we all ?  Anywhoo she is always very challenging at bed time and most nights are filled with flailing in my arms fussing crying and pretty much a miserable time for me , my husband and her.

OK so two nights ago I decided to try the "sleep training " thing.  I made sure she was fed, changed, burped, warm, kissed her cheek , daddy kissed her, then we both said " night night Matilda". I put her in her bed.  She had a major fit for about an hour.  I came and pat her back after 15 minutes, then 20 each time saying "it's OK night night" but I NEVER picked her up.  OK so after an hour of agony she passed out.

Next night same routine, fully expecting a battle...and guess what? NOTHING that's what!!  Two little peps then silence!  I leaned and and saw two big bug eyes but not a sound, hmmmm.  After a few short minutes she was asleep!  I almost passed out I couldn't believe it.  So tonight same deal put her to bed she fussed about 10 minutes and passed out!  Thank God our bed problems are solved.  I am confident this works with any baby.  I'm telling you my girl is so strong willed I never thought it would work but after nights and nights of her throwing fits this simple exercise fixed it.  Oh and another thing she sleeps through the whole night.  So try it you'll be glad you did and it will be sweet peace for the whole house.
