It’s Friday. My weekly goals have gone pretty good. I caught up on my house, I did my workouts every morning and I caught up on blog reading and did my best to be active in the social media world. This one will continue to be a goal until I find a better balance.

 

I had a great week of workouts. I am very glad some spring temperatures arrived this week so I could take my workouts outside. This weekend is supposed to be nice as well and I plan to get out for a nice long run tomorrow as well as get some work done outside.

Saturday


Sunday

  • Rest Day


Monday

  • Best Body Bootcamp Strength A workout with a 30 minute walk with the dog outside


Tuesday

  • Ran 8 miles in 1 hour and 11 minutes outside on my trail and I loved it! I also did a 45 minute walk with a friend and we took the dog


Wednesday

  • Best Body Bootcamp Strength B workout and 15 minute walk on the treadmill at an incline 10


Thursday

  • Ran 5 miles on the treadmill in 46 minutes, this was a speed work run- 5 minute warm up on 6, then 1 minute on 8 and 1 minute on 5 repeated for 25 minutes then 16 minutes on 6.5 plus Best Body Bootcamp Abs


Friday

  • Best Body Bootcamp Strength C and an hour long walk outside with a friend.
