Now, for those of you who would like to add a little me time to the list.  Here are a few suggestions.

- Ask a neighbor with children to watch your kids while you  spend a couple of hours at the pool or shopping without the kids. (Make sure you return the favor).

-  Ask dad to plan a day out with the kids and spend the time getting a mani-pedi or massage.

-  Order a Fab Mom t-shirt and sign up for a volunteer project : - ). You will feel great!

- Go to an outdoor concert with your significant other.

- Enroll in a summertime class (outdoor yoga, art, etc) . I recently took an art class. There was also wine tasting : - ) I had a great time.

- Plan a mom's only day out or weekend get-away.
