Compromises have no place in our lives when it comes to our health and well-being. There is only one person who truly benefits from the gambles and terribly bad choices we make. Yep, and that really scary Dude is the Grim Reaper. Compromising your health isn't a risk you can afford to take.

Sometimes we make poor judgments based on common fear. As much as we know eating organic, for example is healthier, many households simply don’t because it’s too expensive. That’s why junk food proves more of an option or purchasing packaged, processed food latent with chemicals instead. Buying organic, however, doesn’t have to cost your first born if you know what to look for and how to shop for it.
