Today I was watching the Oprah show and she was talking about the most important stories so far. She brought up the Tanya Harding and Nancy Carrigan scandal. Tanya Harding had a chance to explain what has happened. What i learned from that show is that you should never judge what you see on TV because you never know what emotional pain drove these people to act the way they acted. These people act in aviolent way because they have a lot of emotional pain such as physical, and verbal abuse or other forms of abuse. When you are in pain and you don't get help and support at the right time, you can do things that go out of hand. So today, I choose to have compassion and understanding for these people. I feel their pain, I feel their sorrow, but I also see that many of them have come out of it and made a new life for themeselves and I admire their courage and strength.
