love using carrot as an alternative to potato to make these spicy little chips, they taste so lovely and sweet, just ideal for dipping in a spicy harissa mayonnaise, be warned though they are terribly moreish! I feed these a great fall back for when I'm trying to eat low carb BUT really really want some carbs!
