I was in the military for seven years. I was super sick and in pain by the time I finished my last year. I wanted change and I wanted to enjoy my babies so my holistic growth began. Most of my peers are still sick and depressed. Their kids are sick, lack the ability to sit down and already battling obesity. I want change and this is what I do. Everyday is a new day to help someone out there and that is what I intend to do. Knowledge really is power.
