Iced Coffee - The Caramel Butterscotch Addition

Midweek blues?. Between midterms, admin work, early voting, and all the new IPO'S that have come out this week, I have been swapped.So this morning while brewing coffee, I thought it would be a great day to try out my Coffee Ice Cubes! Homemade Outback Alice Spring Chicken

 So anyone who knows me, knows I am all about the most bang for my buck. I don't mind spending $$$ on good food, however, it has to be good. Chain restaurants often disappoint me, as they will successfully ruin even the simplest of entrees. Outback found a way to pulverize my Alice Spring Chicken, to a dry summer remnant of what it was supposed to be. It was so bad, I had to re-create the dish.
