I am a mom of two young girls and a health educator, public health consultant and health coach with 15+ years of professional experience designing health and wellness programs for individuals and communities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise, Nutrition and Wellness and a Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I believe the most important thing I can do as a blogger is create good, relevant content that people want to read on a regular basis.
Also I make it a point to be consistent and social with my posts. When I publish my posts I have it set up to automatically send it out to my Facebook page, my LinkedIn account, my Pinterest board as well as an RSS feed and to email subscribers.
