"My blog stands out because it shows my vulnerability, and helps people get touch with their vulnerabilities. It is a place of safety, where uncovering your truth is celebrated and nurtured.
Take a look!…"

Writing one of my previous blog posts, “Getting off the Porch”, led me to an epiphany that helped me get unstuck and is the foundation of my writing and coaching style. When I decided to stop being the victim in my own life and began to own my “stuff”, I discovered the “thing” that was keeping me stuck in my marriage, my friendships, as a parent, and in my career was…ME. Getting off the Porch is the name of my coaching practice, website, newsletter, and blog. It is my passion and my mission to help people just like me, who appear to have it all, figure out what is keeping them on the porch. It is different for each one of us, but if you are feeling like there is something bigger for your life, your relationship, your friendships, your career; I would love the privilege to work with you to uncover your truth, your passion, and to live your authentic best life.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I believe in changing the paradigm. Owning my passion, challenging conventional thought, coloring outside the lines, and creating opportunities...Know your power...
Quote from my niece Lauren...
Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
