Moms to Tweens/Teens

Hi moms! I'm Candis & my blog is Letting You Grow. I started this group for moms who are currently (or have survived) raising tweens and teens! It's such an "interesting" time for us, let's support one another. From self-identity & self-esteem to bad hair days & bff drama...let's not let them drive us crazy!!!

Hi, would love to get some great conversations going in this group! I am a mom to a 19 year old college son and a 9 year old daughter. I work full time outside of the home and am married. I try to co-parent with my daughter's father but that hasn't worked out so well. I blog about me being premenopausal and an introvert and her being prepubescent and extrovert. unRehearsed.

Ladies - ever had that moment when someone makes an inappropriate comment about your age? Well, Sunday while in church...it happened to me...again. How do you deal with this type of foolery? Let me know!
