I wanted to start a new thread because some of these discussions get so long that half of the blogs get lost!

I think we all want to grow our blogs. I'd love to find other passionate bloggers out there. We can help each other grow and find new inspiration in each other while we're at it.

Just POST YOUR LINK and then CLICK AROUND!

PLEASE "LIKE" my facebook page and/or leave a comment on my blog. I'd love to visit yours as well.

My blog is filled with photography, daily life, travel, sometimes fashion posts, sometimes I get crafty, hopefully inspiration posts, just the mix of what I'm going through and what is inspiring me at the moment.

My profile goes something like this: a city girl and a dreamer. wife to a good man, mama to the cutest little chub of a boy. i love photography, art, design, language, travel and being inspired. I blog about all of the above. and sometimes none of the above.

Looking forward to meeting other bloggers! Maybe we share can our stories and swap some blogging advice!

You sound a lot like me, Henna.  I blog to share stories, crafts, observations, whatever is on my mind.  I don't do product reviews or sell anything, other than I have a link to my Artfire studio where I sometimes post some things I make.  Otherwise, I like to connect with other moms and I especially like humor.

Currently, I use google friend connect but I think that went away so should I update or add google+?  I'm not sure how to add followers and I was also subscribed to Blog Frog but that went away as well.  MBC seems to be a good way to add followers and keep up with the many blogs I read.  Follow me and I'll follow back!

Hi! I am Felicia and I blog at www.PrincessAndTheRock.com

I am a stay-at-home mother of two who is aspiring to be their greatest teacher. I occasionally dream to be a fashionista in my too big maternity T-shirt and shorts while I indulge in some jewellery designing and crafting.

My two children, the Princess and the Rock are now four and two years old respectively. They are both really funny and kooky in their own ways. These two munchkins have changed my life and perspective like I have never imagined, but I will never trade them for anything else.

This blog aims to detail some of thoughts and learning on being a parent of my Princess and the Rock and my homeschooling journey with them.

I'll go pop over your blog now! :)

Hi Kim! Glad you joined the thread!

I use feedburner and don't use any of the other means of finding followers. With feedburner, people can just choose which reader they'd like to add your blog to. (you can check out my blog to see if you'd like to use the same: http://hennablossom.com). For me it's been best to not worry about finding people to "follow" just for exchanging sake but to find people who really want to follow the blog. I wouldn't even worry too much about those numbers. Just get the word out about your blog and watch your stats go up. It's amazing finding out how people find out about your blog and where they come from. I now have people from over 80 countries who have found me. I still can't believe it. Of COURSE I still have a young blog and we all wish our blogs were bigger. :)

Enough about THAT though...I am excited to check out your blog! I'm gonna hop over right now. :) Love finding other creative people out there! :)

xo,

Henna

Hey Kim, me again! You seem to be super crafty! (just checked out your blog). If you have a fun project that you love, you might want to submit it to a site like craft gossip. I submitted these (http://hennablossom.com/?p=809) Leopard Print Easter eggs and the post ended up all over and even got tweeted by Design Sponge. (I went crazy jumping up and down and couldn't believe it). I don't really make that many crafts, but I do love doing it. It seems like you have lots of fun crafts and ideas. Just wanted to pass that tip along because it really surprised me how far that crafty post of mine went. kinda makes me want to do more of them, ha.

By the way, I laughed out loud at your "what's new in fashion" post. bahaha. awesome. ;)

xo,

Henna (http://hennablossom.com)

haha Kim! I can totally relate. I get lots of hits from my leopard prints Easter egg tutorial...but in reality I only have two crafts on my blog. My blog is completely just whatever inspiration leads me to in the moment. I'm sure I'll have more crafts, more decor, etc...but if you're looking for a "crafts blog" then you'll be sorely disappointed. :) sorry folks. :)

Thanks for the info Henna, I'll check it out.  I do random craft posts every now and then and my teacher appreciation one I did was still by far the most hits I get on my blog.  I think people get disappointed b/c I'm not really a crafts blog much but that's okay.

Thanks for checking out my blog and the nice comments.  I do love seeing crafty inspiration and trying things out now and again.

Kim

Hi, everybody! I am so excited to be here, and growing my blog! I'll also check yours out.  I love blogs!  :)

My blog is yes, about being a mom, but also about more than that, because we are ALL 'more than mommy.' I share some crafts, some teaching tips (I homeschool), and some stuff from my everyday life. I also am trying to get into product reviews and giveaways, so I can share with other moms about whats great and whats not.

My blog is More Than Mommy. I started about 2 and a half weeks ago, and I am really proud of what I have done with it so far. Please check it out!

I'm impressed by what you did with your blog in short time!! How did you do that?!?
Just liked you on fb.
