Hi Ladies!

I'm new to Mom Bloggers Club Network but am very excited to let you know that my humorous book about motherhood, entitled "MOMMY MEMOIRS~ A Hilarious and Heartwarming Look at the Trials and Triumphs of Being a Mom" is being released by Morgan James Publishing on February 1st!  Yahoo!

It is a memoir of my real-life experiences as a mom, written in 83 short read-and-run anecdotes (perfect for Moms) that leave few stones left unturned! It begins with an introduction entitled "I Want to be the Perfect Mom!" and the conclusion is entitled, "Nobody's Perfect"~ Guess I've learned something along the way!  My first chapter is entitled "My OB-Gyn Goes to my Church!" and the final chapter is "Uterus-less in Buffalo". My candid tales of motherhood span 25+ years, 3 pregnancies and deliveries, the middle school years, driver's education phases, engagements/proposals and weddings, not to mention the ever so-hysterical hysterectomy and many humorous experiences along the way!  Don't worry, my boys all gave the green light for the publication of their stories, with the understanding that I would put enough money away for everyone's inevitable therapy down the road.

Other chapters include: "Afternoon Delight...or Not!", "A Light Snack and Ipecac", "I Know What You Did!", "Letting Down in Public", "The Vacation from Hell", "Your Boss Saw My Dirty Underwear", "My Face Behind a Sponge and My Butt in a Shopping Cart" and "Advice from the Bros: Never Drive with Mom" name a few! You will laugh out loud one minute and grab tissues the next.  I talk about my mom in the chapter entitled, "My Mom, My Mentor" ~ she was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's at age 56 and lived with the disease for 20 years.  I dedicated my book to her and my husband and sons.

So, needless to say, I am excited about the release!  Hoping you will check it out~ If you want a sneak preview, please go to this link which will put you on the book page:

Read the 15 book reviews.  It is currently available as an ebook, will be out as a paperback in two weeks and as an audio book around Mother's Day.  If you are a mom, want to be a mom, know a mom, or have a mom~ this book is for you...No matter what age or stage you're experiencing as a mom , you will be able to relate to my stories that remind us that every mom has her own stories to tell about motherhood.  If you're fortunate to find someone a little farther down the path on this journey, the sharing will help you thrive, not just survive the journey!  Check out MOMMY MEMOIRS~ I know you'll be glad you did!  I would love to connect and hear back from you~ Have a great week!
